We accept major debit and credit cards and popular digital wallets, where available in your region (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, and device-based wallets).

2. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

  • Currency: Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Your bank or provider may apply exchange rates or fees.
  • Taxes/VAT: Any applicable taxes are calculated based on the shipping destination and shown before you confirm your order.
  • Duties: Import duties or customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility and depend on your local regulations.

3. Authorisation & Charge Timing

Your payment method may be authorised at checkout. For on-demand production, we typically capture funds when the order is accepted for production or before shipment, depending on the method used.

If an authorisation fails or expires, we may contact you to update your payment details to avoid delays or cancellation.


4. Security & Fraud Prevention

  • Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways that follow industry standards (e.g., PCI-DSS).
  • We may use additional checks (such as 3-D Secure or risk screening). Orders flagged by our systems may require further verification or be cancelled.
  • For your protection, we do not store full card details on our servers.

5. Billing Information

Please ensure your billing details (name, address, card information) are accurate and match your bank records. Incorrect details may result in authorisation failures or delays.

If your order is placed but payment cannot be completed, we’ll notify you to update the method or place a new order.


6. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times can vary by bank/provider (typically 5–10 business days after we process the refund).
  • Returns: Please request an RMA before sending items back. See our Return Policy for steps and eligibility.
  • Chargebacks: If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can investigate quickly. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may prolong resolution.

7. Promotions, Gift Cards & Store Credit

Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. If gift cards or store credit are offered, balances are applied according to the terms provided at issue.
