Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, choose your size/colour, and checkout securely. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email right away and a tracking link once it ships.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept major cards and other secure methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed via trusted providers and encrypted end-to-end.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start production quickly. If you need a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 12 hours). If production has started, we’ll try to help with an exchange/return after delivery.

Production & Shipping

How long does production take?
Most items are made to order and take about 2–5 business days to produce (can be slightly longer during peak seasons).
What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We offer free worldwide delivery on all orders above £50. For smaller orders, shipping costs £9.99.
What are the delivery times?
Typical delivery after production is 5–12 business days depending on destination and service. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it ships.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
International orders may incur local taxes/duties set by your country. These are payable by the recipient and are not included at checkout unless stated.
My address is wrong — what do I do?
Contact us immediately with the correct address. If the parcel is already in transit or returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return window?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags. Please request an RMA before sending anything back.
Who covers return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, customers cover return postage. If you received a defective or wrong item, we’ll cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping as instructed.
Item arrived damaged/incorrect — what next?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund according to our policy.

Products, Sizing & Care

How do I pick the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart. If you’re between sizes or prefer a looser look, consider sizing up for an oversized streetwear fit.
Fabric & print care
Wash inside-out, cold (30°C), with similar colours. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Tumble dry low or air dry. Do not iron directly on prints.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Many drops are limited. If we plan a restock, we’ll announce it via our newsletter or product page notifications.
