Return Policy

Our goal is to make returns straightforward. Please review the guidelines below and request an RMA before sending any items back.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags/labels attached and in their original condition.
  • Please request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending anything back.

Items returned without an RMA may be delayed or refused.


2. Non-returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items (where marked)
  • Gift cards and store credit
  • Items with signs of wear, washing, alteration, or without original tags/packaging
  • Health/safety items where seal is broken (e.g., face coverings, underwear)

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


4. Exchanges

Size or colour exchanges are available for eligible items within the 30-day window. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative or a refund once your return is received and inspected.


5. How to Start a Return (RMA)

  1. Contact us with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
  2. We’ll issue an RMA number and provide the correct return address and instructions.
  3. Pack items securely and include your RMA inside the parcel.
  4. Ship using a trackable service and keep the receipt until your refund is processed.

6. Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns or exchanges (non-faulty items), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is confirmed defective or incorrect, we’ll cover or reimburse reasonable return postage in line with our instructions.


7. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
  • Processing times vary by bank/provider (typically 5–10 business days after we process the refund).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

8. Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Parcels

Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed status may be reshipped at additional cost. If you prefer a refund, original shipping fees are not refundable.


9. International Returns

International customers should clearly mark the parcel as “Return” to avoid additional customs charges. Any duties/taxes incurred due to incorrect declaration may be deducted from the refund.


10. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Return Policy to reflect changes in carriers, fulfilment processes, or legal requirements. Updates will appear here with an adjusted “Last Updated” date.
