This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, produced, and delivered.
1. Order Processing
Orders are produced on demand. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, production typically begins within 1–3 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is processed and another notification once it ships with a tracking link (where available).
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- United Kingdom — Standard: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom — Express (where available): 1–3 business days
- International: delivery times vary by destination and carrier
Estimates exclude weekends and public holidays. Carrier delays are outside our control.
3. Production & Fulfilment Time
- Production time varies by product but usually takes 2–7 business days.
- All products are made to order to minimise waste and overproduction.
- During holidays or peak seasons, fulfilment times may be slightly longer.
4. Shipping Fees
- Free international delivery on orders above £50
- For orders under £50, the shipping fee is £9.99
5. Customs & Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your local authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Tracking Orders
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email containing tracking information. If tracking is not updating, please allow up to 48 hours for carrier updates.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once dispatched and are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Delays & Exceptions
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery windows, occasional delays can occur due to weather, customs, strikes, or unforeseen carrier issues.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@olynto.co.uk within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll assist with replacements or claims where applicable.
